The auto detailing quote template

A clear written quote wins more jobs and prevents arguments at pickup. Here's what to include, and a template that does the math.

Short answerA detailing quote should list the customer and vehicle, package, size and condition, each add-on with its price, travel fee, subtotal, tax, deposit and balance due, plus terms (validity, cancellation, condition disclaimer). DetailTab's Excel and Google Sheets kit fills these in and turns the quote into an invoice.
